The AR4 Frame is by far the most popular kart in the Birel Range of Australia, constantly proving itself as a robust machine since 1996
It is suited to 'J' drivers right through to clubman super heavy and recently to Rotax & Resa light classes. Overall a good all round frame with simple axle changes. To suit different classes & tracks.

Standard self aligning Bearing Carrier for 40mm Axles with three different types of axles to choose from

Yellow: Soft
Red: Medium
Green: Hard

FREELINE ECONOMY BRAKE

These brake come standard with most base models

They are hydraulic with the on difference being the brake disc itself.It also comes with a 10mm thick disc as an option.

 

FULLY OSCILATING BRAKE DISC.

This brake system is also an optional extra on the AR4-X.

This system has been the most popular system in Australia since 1992 and is still very widely used.

The main advantage is that it pulls up the kart very quickly without grabing the disc also the disc being oscilating going around corners when the axle is in full bending mode the disc once again does not grade the pads

MOTORSPORT BRAKE SYSTEM

This brake system is an optional extra on the AR4-X.

Specifically designed for high powered karts.

FREELINE ECONOMY RUNNING GEAR

These hubs and sprocket carriers althought possible do not look as good as the gold billeted version have no less performance.
